The ‘Property Management’ contract is best suited for both Property Owners who maybe utilizing their property or owners who are living abroad but wish to have their property professionally managed and kept up to date. This contract provides complete Management of the property such as
A. Payment of Electrical and Telecom accounts,
B. General Maintenance
2. Property Management and Short Term Rentals
The 'Property Management and Short Term Rental’ contract is ideal for Property owners who are not utilizing their property themselves on a permanent basis. This contract gives them a chance to have their premise fully managed and maintained in addition to leasing it out on short term to corporate or vacation visitors. The duration of short term rental can be anywhere from one night up to 6 months depending on the requirement of the guest. Property Owners can also use their property for personal use 'subject to availibility'. Under this contract, the properties are required to be fully furnished with high standard furnishings, branded electronic appliances in addition to other basic items.

Property Management Only: Under this contract billing is executed at the start of every month. Owners have the option to pay via cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Property Management and Short Term Rental: Under this contract billing is executed after completion of each booking. An account statement is dispatched to the owner's designated email address or fax number. The credit amount after deducting the 'management and booking' fees is either credited to the property owner's designated bank account OR is collected in the form of cheque or cash from our offices upon request.
